The Chapel of St Peter-on-the-Wall is the oldest church in England, having been built by St Cedd in 654ad. It sits right on the coast and has stunning views, making it a great area for a walk or for a picnic. The chapel is open to the public as long as no service is on. Car parking is 1/4 mile away.
